Registration desks will be situated in the Exhibition Area in the morning of the Conference opening.
Early registration will be available on Tuesday, October 28th from 10:00 until 17:00.

The official languages of the Congress are Hebrew and English.
Simultaneous translation will be available to Hebrew and English. 

CLOTHING
Informal for all occasions. Please remember that average temperature in the Mediterranean coast in Israel is around 26 degrees Celsius during this period in the year.
Tip: bring sunglasses, swimsuit and comfortable walking shoes, as well as a jacket for the evenings.
 
BADGE
Upon registering you will receive your Meeting Kit in which you will find your name badge.
You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all Meeting sessions and events.

SESSIONS
Please make sure to be in session hall sharp on time as all sessions will begin as per schedule.
Doors close up to 5 minutes after session starts.  After doors are closed, entrance will not be permitted until the following lecture or break.

LUNCH AND COFFEE BREAKS
Lunch will be offered at the Transparent Garden events ballroom or at the restaurant of the Hotel.
Coffee breaks will be offered as per the breaks indicated in the program. 

NON SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited in Israel in public places, unless in specially defined areas for that purpose.
Please refrain from smoking in the meeting halls, exhibition area and restrooms. Your compliance is appreciated.
